Same day appointments are available. However, you are encouraged to call before 2 p.m. to ensure a same day appointment.

In the event of an emergency that cannot wait until the following day or through the weekend, go directly to the Emergency Room at Wellstar West Georgia Medical Center and have them call the Emory Southern Orthopedics physician on call.

In the event that you are unable to keep your appointment, please call us as soon as possible so that we can schedule another appointment for you as well as provide the appointed time to someone else who might need it.

The Southern Orthopedics answering service at (706) 884-2691 is available after business hours. Messages requiring immediate attention will be relayed to the physician on call.
